Our Mobile App Terms & Conditions

These policies apply to all centers

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Strive & Inspire Development Centers Inc. (“SID Centers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Purpose of the App

The App is intended to support mentorship, case management, communication, and program coordination between clients, advisors, mentors, and authorized staff.

3. Eligibility

  • Users must be authorized participants of SID Centers programs

  • Users under 18 may require parent or guardian consent

  • SID Centers reserves the right to approve or deny access

4. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Notify us of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. User Roles & Access

Access to information is role-based (e.g., client, advisor, staff). You agree to:

  • Only access information necessary for your role

  • Not attempt to bypass security or access restrictions

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Share confidential information outside the App

  • Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content

7. Communication Features

The App may include messaging or chat features. By using them:

  • You consent to potential monitoring for safety and compliance

  • You agree to maintain respectful and appropriate communication

8. Confidentiality

Due to the sensitive nature of services:

  • All client-related information must remain confidential

  • Unauthorized disclosure may result in termination and legal action

9. Device & Permissions

The App may request access to:

  • Notifications

  • Camera or file storage

Disabling permissions may limit functionality.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party providers (e.g., cloud storage, messaging systems). SID Centers is not responsible for third-party service interruptions but takes reasonable steps to ensure secure integrations.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Misuse of the App

  • Safety or compliance concerns

12. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SID Centers does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SID Centers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
