How we work

Our Stability Teachings

Our curriculum is given & taught to our students based on multiple criteria expectations. We determine whether age, location, personality, character build, GPA, educational awareness, and many more if the a specific Stability Teaching is right for a student. For example, teens aged between 14 yrs to 17 yrs old would benefit more from our Education, Support, & Self-Indulgence Stabilities. However, young adults aged between 18 yrs to 23 yrs old would benefit more from our Financial, Self-Indulgence, & Health Stabilities. Our classes are group based mentoring which encourages peer-relationships, accountability, and overall self-indulging growth. This next generational mentoring has been repeated and identical in all of our locations. Our Community Partners

Here at Strive & Inspire Development Center, we are proud and eager to partner with surrounding school districts, community partners, and other organizations within the communities we are placed in. We believe that everything is better when its done as a team! We offer our Teachings no cost to Title I schools within the public school system. There is a minimal expense for local community partners and organizations, please contact our Community Director (ronald@sidcenter.org) to learn more!

Our Student journey

It is simple. Our mentees ages range from 14 years old to 23 years old.

We work with students in and out of the public school system; the juvenile justice system, organizational programs, higher education, community, and freelancing.
