Mission

Here at The SID Center we believe that we all have a purpose. 

Our efforts are to use multiple key areas taught by dedicated mentors not gone over during day school to enhance the knowledge of every student. We believe that with enough preparation & intellect that the students will be ready to encounter the obstacles ahead of them. We are here to limit the amount of failures that are gave in the midst of troubles. Join us; join The SID Center in making a 'Future full of leaders by encouraging, developing, & guiding the future. 

Transitioning into adulthood can be tricky. The things we find normal and easy on a daily basis can be difficult for a young adult to get used to. Studies prove that when a student gets mentored, they are 55% more likely to enroll in College and 130% more likely to hold leadership role careers.

Goals

We are built on an unstable foundation to where we run our lives on empty during our late adolescence years. The 4 main development areas teens focus with are, Physical Development, Intellectual Development, Emotional Development, & Social Development. 

This is a time of life when very little is normative. It is a period of frequent change and exploration that covers many aspects of their life: home, family, work, school, resources, and role.

The process of becoming an adult is more gradual and varied today than in the past. Young people take longer to achieve economic and psychological autonomy and early adulthood experiences vary greatly by gender, race and ethnicity, and social class.

Here at Strive & Inspire Development Center we believe in a culture of 2nd chances. We know that everyone is capable of being a leader whichever way they see fit. We also know that takes a process - where we at The SID Center steps in and make that a smooth process. Every student & young adult is capable of maximizing their full potential when they put their minds to it, come together, and stay committed. Students are Leaders.
