Administration

- This area supports the administration department within your local area or by globally supporting our entire organization across multiple locations. This may consist of supporting one or various departments such as our Executive, Onboarding, Tech, Advising, or Operations departments with daily tasks. This could also include coordinating events, community outreach, and much more! If being behind the scenes excites you, please fill out an application above!

Arts

- As an Arts Advisor you’ll lead conversations and sessions about talents within singing, painting, music, drawing, photography, instruments, fashion, and much more! You will more often lead group-style sessions to multiple clients at a school site or community site. There may be opportunities where you will be referred an individual client to support. If you have a passion or general interest in arts, please apply above.

Education

- As an Education Advisor you’ll help with all aspects of education within High School and Higher Education. You will be a direct connect between a students educational experience and their personal lives. Activities such as tutoring on educational subjects, college transition, encouragement, and much more. You will more often be referred an individual client but there may be opportunities where you will lead group sessions.

Finance

- As a Finance Advisor you’ll educate and inform on all aspects of financial stability. Such as budgeting, credit, importance of credit, money management, taxes and much more! You will more often lead group-style sessions to multiple clients at a school site or community site. There may be opportunities where you will be referred an individual client to support.

Health

- As a Health Advisor you’ll educate and inform important health topics within areas like physical, nutritional, sexual, and mental health. Supporting clients within this program will be a mix of leading group sessions and supporting individual clients.

Individuality

- As an Individuality Advisor you’ll work with young adults on their personal growth. This includes leading sessions on building self-esteem, self-confidence, personality traits and much more. Supporting clients within this program will be a mix of leading group sessions and supporting individual clients.

Support

- As a Support Advisor you’ll be a more direct support system to a client. Within this area you will provide more personalized resources to your clients you serve. You’ll work one-on-one with each of your clients supporting them in their personal needs; such as personal, educational, career, etc.
