Strive & Inspire Development Centers Inc. is a mentorship and development organization that supports teens and young adults (ages 13–25) in their transition into adulthood through guidance, resources, and structured programs.

2. Who can participate in your programs?
Our programs are open to youth and young adults ages 13 to 25. Eligibility may vary depending on the specific program or service.

3. Is there a cost to participate?
Most of our programs are offered at low or no cost, thanks to community partnerships, donations, and grants. However, there are some programs that may utilize a cost, which will be communicated at that time.

4. What types of support do you offer?
We provide mentorship, life skills development, case management, educational support, and assistance with housing, employment, and personal growth.

Mobile App

5. What is the purpose of the mobile app?
Our mobile app is designed to help clients and advisors stay connected, track progress, communicate, and access important resources in one place.

6. Who can use the app?
The app is available to enrolled clients, approved advisors, and authorized staff members.

7. How do I get access to the app?
Access is provided by SID Centers. Once enrolled, you will receive instructions to set up your account.

8. What can I do on the app?
Depending on your role, you may be able to:

  • Message your advisor or mentor

  • Track goals and progress

  • Upload or view documents

  • Receive updates and reminders

Privacy & Safety

9. Is my information safe on the app?
Yes. We take privacy seriously and use secure systems and role-based access to protect your information.

10. Who can see my information?
Only authorized individuals such as your assigned advisor, mentor, or program staff can access your information as needed to provide services.

We do not sell your information. We only share it when necessary to provide services or when required by law.

13. Do I need to give permission for my child to participate?
Yes, parental or guardian consent may be required for participants under 18.

15. How do you ensure my child’s safety?
We implement supervision, monitored communication, and structured guidelines to create a safe and supportive environment.

You can message them directly through the mobile app or contact our team using the information provided on our website.

17. What should I do if I experience a problem with the app?
You can contact our support team at (tech@sidcenters.org) or report the issue within the app if that feature is available.

18. What if I forget my login information?
Use the “Forgot Password” option in the app or contact support for assistance.

Program Participation

19. Am I required to attend all scheduled sessions or meetings?
Yes, consistent participation is encouraged to get the most out of the program. If you cannot attend, please notify your advisor in advance.

20. What happens if I stop participating?
Your access to services, including the app, may be limited or paused. We encourage communication if you need support staying engaged.
